The team

Isabela founded the firm after two decades of corporate and commercial practice in Panamá. Before returning to private practice, she served as in-house counsel at a Panamánian reinsurance group, where she handled board-level reporting, regulatory coordination, and cross-border transactional work.

Her practice focuses on company formation, corporate governance, commercial structuring, and transactions that sit across Panamá and other jurisdictions. She works most often with investors and operating companies entering or expanding in Panamá.

Javier handles the firm's immigration and residency work. After earning his law degree in Panamá, he spent six years in Miami working in business and immigration contexts before returning to practice in Chiriquí. That mix shapes how he works with expat clients: he understands the paperwork, and he understands what it feels like to move a life to another country.

His practice covers pensionado residency, friendly nations visas, qualified investor pathways, and related permits. He coordinates directly with the Servicio Nacional de Migración and supports clients through each stage of the process.

Camila handles property transactions and contract work. Her focus is the unglamorous but decisive part of real estate practice: title due diligence, purchase contract review, and coordination with the Registro Público and local notarías.

She works closely with the notarial offices in David and Boquete, and her clients include foreign buyers new to Panamánian property process as well as local sellers and developers.
